Again, what are people scared of? It's not hard or rocket science, notch a spot on each side of the cylinder walls a little wider then the crank, and before you assembe/machine things, make sure the rods don't hit.

I checked the endyne pg out but its a little confusing. Can some one elaberate? Iknow you guys say just hit with a grinder till stuff dont hit but it hasto be harder than that

nope, get a grinder, grind at it till you think it is good. Put crank.pistons&rods in, spin and check if it hits. If it doesn't you're good. And if you want give it just a bit more to ensure it won't hit if you are paranoid.

this is as easy as change'n spark plugs how ever you sound like you have no confidence .. take it to a shop and have them do it and charge you a billion dolalrs

Im going to try it, but I'm just worried cause getting a 1.6 block in germany is like getting the truth from Bush.
