I current have a 1uz-fe 4.0L V8 motor which I have built to the hilt...Nice engine and all....However, looking at the pure potential of the GM LS1 engine, that is easily able to lay down 400whp N/A with just cams would definetely give you the best bang for the buck in regards to choosing an engine to swaps...I think it was rated number 1 in Car and Driver for swapping...With the alluminum block the engine doesn't weight all that much either in comparison to the iron block SBC....

Any thoughts from you turbo guys....Ever considers spending a few gees and getting a motor with limitless potential?...

wasnt this the guy that trashed turbos. said that superchargers were the end all be all need for motors. if i remember right he said he had a 500hp lexus, then renigged and said his was bone stock but his buddies was.
