arp nut

so i was putting in my arp headstuds and i go to put on the nuts 1 nut has no threads in it can i tap threads in it??

I had one installing in my friends car. I used a tap and it worked ok. Be sure to use alot of lubricant cause its very hard to
tap the arp nuts cause its a very hardened steel.
