I bought a Clutch Spec 6 puck unsprung with there optional heavy duty pressure plate rated for 400ftlbs or whatever for my project CRXhttps://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...?topic=62367.0.I'm using a LS cable tranny and a new Teg clutch cable.I have the adjuster tightened all the way up as well as the cable braced to prevent it deflecting and i still cant get the clutch to engage.The T/O bearing is new and the arm is bringing it up to make contact with the pressure plate i can feel it.I have had the tranny off a couple times double checking to see the throwout is on correct,not popping off the spring etc.Has anyone else had problems with a similar setup?Im thinking something must have bent maybe?I know these pressure plates are rough on cable setups and are known for breaking pedal assemblies etc in EF's.I have a stock clutch for the Teg here that i miay throw in to get the car broke in as winter is coming and i need to get the engine broke in and tuned as Im selling it.

if the clutch wont engage then either yourr clutch isnt thick enough, the throwout isn't the right one for the clutch, or your flywheel is waaaaay beyond thick enough.
