1) Make an introductory thread. Make sure to post pics of your car, and a couple of pics of nekkid women. This makes for a favorable first impression. Expect a number of rude comments anyway: HMT is covered up with some of the coolest, funniest, complete and total ******** you'll ever meet. You want to be one of us, don't deny it.

2) Use the search function. The stickied threads at the top of each forum are invaluable!

3) Maximum Boost by Corky Bell is Turbo 101 primer, and worth the $35.

4) Don't make 1001 posts about basic n00b stuff. If you think it's probably basic n00b stuff, but you can't find an answer searching, use private messages. I answer private messages, so do a LOT of the other guys here. Get a handful of knowledgible guys you can rotate through until you're up to speed and THEN you will ask intelligent questions in the forums.

Last time I checked I thought they were only little t-25's with fmu's. Tuner Toys has great stuff at good prices, but I don't think that particular kit would be all that spectacular.

That's not a tuner toys turbo kit, it's from a company called turbo specialties sold by tuner toys to please the market share of kids not willing to piece together thier own kit. Tuner toys just trying to make everyone happy, just like always.
