So I hooked up a Turbosmart Dual Stage boost controller. First issue was that it boosts to 10psi all the way open, my wastegate spring is 5 psi.

Second issue is that after WOT to redline, the wastegate sticks open, and stays there till i drop RPMs and let it idle for about 10 seconds. After I do that, it's closed again and I can make boost.

 

maybe its your deltagate telling you its creeping, and your boost controller isnt set right or connected properly

 

I had it setup according to the diagram. I turned it sideways just now, and it is now boosting to wastegate setting, and not sticking. I'll be playing with it some more tonight after work.
