so we got the turbo setup on the way last night.. snapped a few pics...

B7 bottom, Y8 head.. 10.5:1 comp , ssac manifold, dsm turbo, dsm downpipe custom modded, no exhaust, ebay cai for charge pipes, big smic mounted in the front, 440 CC rc's, xeno fuel pump and BBKA basemap.. 2g dsm bov and a custom carb return wastegate actuator..

setup doesnt look half bad, but i'm unsure of why people still use those manifolds.

 

basically we paid 200 dollars.. 175 usd for a running 1.6 litre hatch with no itercooler... it had this setup on it.. so we just got a few things so it could have management and enuff fuel.. this is just a basic setup to last us a m onth b4 its winter n/a time again.. over the winter, we're gonna build the 1.6 block with vitara pistons and tt rods.. then a nice mani and turbo... and real charge pipes etc.. and time for some 15-18 psi runs
