I took a 80 hr course at a local welding training shop. Lincoln Invertec 350 machine, .035 wire, 19 volts, wire spd 195.

24", no stops or starts, my arms hurt!

How much gas are you using? I coulda swore the lincoln 135 instructions that came with the welder said to use 7psi or 10psi on a windy day, but the rest of the TC crew uses like 20-25. Your first picture looks like it has alot of gas. That's why I ask.

 

by reading the site, it appears to be a waste fo time. how much did it cost.

 

My parents love me... 1800 bucks. Dark elvis went through the class as well.

 

2 weeks of instruction for $1800 is STEEP!!! ----, I'd have flown to you and worked with you only, for 2 weeks, for that price....that is if I could get off work that long.

Your welding looks ok though.
