Default Ghetto rebuild, what else do I need?

I have low compression in cylinder 2, like pretty damn low, and I did the oil test and it raised it a little so i'm assuming the rings are fucked-- it didn't depressurize after cranking so i'm assuming its not the valves at all. Everything right so far? So i'm doing a ghetto rebuild and just pulling the head and oil pan, and replacing the pistons w/srp 10:1's and je pro seal rings. I'm ordering from summit a new timing belt, mr. gasket head gasket, new spark plugs just for fun, and the je pro seal rings. besides oil for the engine what other things should I have/do, and any words of advice? what specialized tools will I need? Timing gun eh?

a local machine shop whould probobly do it for under 50 dollars.
locally it costs me 40 for a ball hone, and 35 to be hot-tanked.

I'll paypal $25 if you'll ship it to me and i'll ship it back next week sometime. I should have some vouches i could locate if you'll trust me?
