honda-"TECH" ?
WFt? i was seeing H-T and i saw some thread like.. torque for spark plug? 
(i know that all pieces of the engine have torque but...for a spark plugs?) , and other like a guy want to waste about 500$ in a mani for to get in his GSR about 180-200 WHP? 500$ buying a mani only for to make that power? WFT? really i dont like that forum...

You can torque down the spark plugs. Read on the box they come in. You can either torque them down or turn them liek 1/2 or 3/8 of a turn after they have seated.
HT has some lame people on it, but sometimes they will have legit info. I just like browsing the fab section.
