Well, my car is a 2001 civic. Okay Ifeel better getting that out in the open. And the d17 is a tad bit slow when it is weighed down with me the wife and two kids. So I am finally getting around to boosting it, hopefully I can get 175-200hp out of it.
I must say that this motor has the saddest looking head of any haonda motor I have ever seen. Tiny little round exhaust ports, 1.25" sch. 10 has a bigger ID than the ports
Right now all I have is the manifold I finished today and a old ford t3 turbo. My goal is to turbo it for under $1000 and it looks like engine managment is going to eat up half that

yea engine managment is a bitch, my sct flaher cost me more than all my other parts.

 

keep us updated maybe I'll do this to my 02 4dr family shitbox also. The power of the d17 makes me want to jump off a bridge

Try that for fuel management. Seems like the guy is willing to basically give away units as long as he gets good testers. Its better than other options it seems.
