what are the good numbers for a cimp on a GSR motor

mine was 235-245 across the board in my hatch. no carbon buildup either, i had just had the head off.

there are lots of reasons why you won't have a similar number....but if its 200+....you're ok. Unless you're something like 15/1...then thats low

That's because your cams are worn down so much that there is no overlap.

160 or lower in a any b vtec motor=real dmage and tear down time



210-235 is the norm
