Default Custom Intake Manifold...

Any suggestions on how to build my own intake manifold, I have a spare cylinder head, I'm going to purchase a spare intake manifold(stock)...

Any good sites that give tips to build one.. I'm figuring it'll be pretty simple looking.

I didn't know where else to put this, so I put it in here..

Porsche 924 Turbo. So you were a little off on your assumption...

What is your end goal in making your own intake manifold?

The 924 manifolds are fairly well constructed and thought out. I would assume that a port/polish would be more than enough, unless you are going for "bling" factor.

My end goal is a intake manifold that can flow a bit more. I'd also like to change the position of the throttle body to face towards the front of the car, instead of perpendicular like it is now. This would make plumbing of a front mount much easier..

Something like this.. without the ITB... with the TB on the end, maybe angled..

this is stock:

The TB is perpendicular to the front of the car.
