i have a 90 dx auto, just did the mpfi conversion with a y8 manifold tha came out of a std car, but the car wont start, i spray carb cleaner and it starts and dies. the cpu is throwing code 1 and 6, the resistor box was removed because these injectors (96 -) are not requared a box. this conversion has ripping my hears out. cant seam to pin point this problem, can a vacum hose not make the car start?can anione help this is my daily car, one day project turn out to be almost a week. thankyou.

 

i got the mpfi conversion to work the only two things that conserns me are that the temp goes up quick when stomped and it bogs when reached high rpm, can anyone help me thankyou.

 

hmmm....sounds weird. give more info please.
