So I have a 6000.00 credit at a local body shop, I was going to get my 93 si hatch painted this winter all blocked out and polished full show style in flymenco black pearl (type r). I heard a romour that he skiped town but I didn't really think too much of it because he's bin in buisness foryears and years and done lots for me and my family. I got the better of me and tryed to phone him, sure as ---- the ------- crack ------s gone I'm about one more thing to **** me off/---- me over from going on a shooting spree, it seems like lately I'm taking 2 steeps foward and 30 back, god give me strenth.

first thing you need to do is gather all receipts documents and what not and go to the police..

 

have you paid him any cash. and does he still have the car.
or did he just tell you that you can do up to 6k body work and you can make payments.

I did not pay him cash, he does not have my car. Ford payed him to repaint my 2000 f150 for cracking, I made a deal with him that he would paint my car instead (half the work for him) so I got rid of that and bought my superduty because it was just like getting a extra 6 g's for my truck so it made sence at the time. I dont have the money to put out for the paint and ---- with the wife off work right now so I'm unsure what I should do.
