theyre one of the very few companies to realize that theres money to be made in the halal market..

i still dont get why more resturants dont introduce halal meat here in detroit..

 

What is Halal meat?

 

its basically meat where the animal is slaughtered correctly so that all the blood drains from the body..

so no electricution.. no bashing the rabbit on the head with a hammer to kill it.. no twisting the neck of a chicken to kill it.. it has to be done with a clean cut strait across the neck without cutting the head off.. and u can hang it upside down to drain the rest of the blood..

 

thats how we do it were I'm from, and that **** soup is very good, no joke

 

i've seen that ---- at walmart, i was rolling when i saw it. i might pick it up and try it though

 

Oh i see.The moose meat i eat is slaughtered in that fashion it is hung and drained for a while before its cut up.
