Default building a jail cell!

got some pics of my newest project with in my project. friend of mine just opened up a drift shop so i figured i would give him some business to help him get started. they do mostly nissan stuff but he will work on anything really.

still need the door bars fabbed up and all the steel plates/boxes welded in alone with my rear intergrated strut to cage bar. im alos getting a 1" front strut bar built. then its off to the body shop to get the cage painted.

i am not a welder! so no i didn't realy help. but i did the design work for the strut tower bare and how i wanted the rear struts tied in to the cage. then told him how i wanted it all done but i did no wleding or cutting.

Your car looks clean as hell. Planning on just roll over protection, or are you running some bars forward?

edit: n/m, reread, "door bars"

Get the ones with hinges, so the car doesn't suck to get in and out of.

mostly roll over. i am doing door bars still. just this is as far as he could get with my headliner in the car so i snapped these really quik yesterday when i pulled my headliner out.

is this going to be NHRA legal? whys their such a big gap from the main hoop too the roof?

I was also going to ask why you used the fiat kit? lol. What's a drift shop?
