Default Fiberglass techno folks ?'s

I wanna venture into some fiberglass work on some things I've been wanting but to cheap to buy and thinking about making my own. Being my 86 is bone stock cosmetic wise and no front lips exist as far as I know for the US bumper and every junkyard lip from another car just doesn't match up well. I'm decided to make my own. So I was thinking of what to make the mold out of and thought of using pink foam insulation and just use that and cut out the shape and then just cover that in fiberglass. Now questions are
1.What can I use as a release agent so the fiberglass doesn't stick to the foam mold?
2.What fiberglass should I used? the cloth style or the angel hair I think they call it that just has strands of fiberglass?
I know there's some fiberglass technosavy fellas on here so lend out a helping hand with my questions if you could or if you know of something better or easier.

to check for the freshness of the fiberglass, be sure to rub a sample of it on your *******. and then on your back

btw the pattern'd fiberglass is stronger and alot eaiser to work with but the strands or " angel hair" as you would would call it is more flexable but very messy

you should just buy a mooooooogen lip and heat it up until it contours to your bumper. :P

or find a jdm lip and heat it up to fit.

I work on boats as well, so ask away,

after the summer (boat season) I think i'm gonna mold up a carbon fibre/fiberglass hood for my civic, and possibaly a trunk lid if i get a chance.
Sailboat racing season is starting up in a week and there will be enough work to keep me busy
