custom crx turbo

how many pounds are safe to run on a stock d16z6 and what do i do for a down pipe off of the turbo

As many pounds as it takes before it blows up. Depends on the turbo.

And about the downpipe, you either buy one or make one yourself

your motor can handle a little over 200 hp safely with stock internals

run 10psi with a 14b on a good tune, that would be safe.
