Saw that one before. I had the pleasure in riding in a mildly modded k20 hatch like that. Ha, it was fast. 
Loud though, he had earplugs in the car. 
No license plate, that's the way to do it so you don't get busted on the road by some homo people or online cops or something to that nature.
