well finally got some argon and decided to lay some welds down. these are my first welds ever ive never used any welder before these welds, i think another weeks practice and should be good to make my first log manifold for the zetec.

No ----! thats pretty damn good. I can't wait till I have a TIG. I usually end up with my splatter then actual weld when I'm welding! lol

lets see the inside. the smiley makes welds look great on the outside, but there is no penetration.

 

edit: the USER makes it look good on the outside, cause they dont know how to penetrate.

 

i tired taking pics of the inside too but ---- camera, and the welds penetrated all the way through, even a little too much there is excess hanging from the inside.

 

are you implying that a certain someone doesnt know how to penetrate? :P
