Default Datalogging EGT?

I know you can use D12 to datalog EGT, but I can't seem to find a probe to put out 0-5v to use. Does anyone know what probe I can use for datalogging?
Also, how fast does an EGT probe change. Can I actually relate datalogged EGT to a point on my maps and see where I need to adjust timing?

From what I've seen you can only use Freelog or maybe ECUControl to log from D12. Does anyone know if Crome Pro has this ability built-in?

Ya, that was the one thing I had found, besides modifying an autometer or something to output 0-5v.

I haven't messed with any circuits for a while... I'm taking in too much info at the moment. Learning tuning principles and thermo circuits at the same time, not fun.
