I gained 40lbs in like 5 months. The supps. took me to whole other level. I'm a hugh responder to creatine. your first time it HITS!! you. lowered prices, need money. give you a real good deal if you buy something local asap.

 

It's legal, and some of us have what is known as poor genetics. This is a fact of life. Bump, for a very good hobby/lifestyle I enjoy myself. Sorry, I don't respond to creatine though.

not all creatines are equal . BSN products, honestly from my experience is the ----. somebuy this stuff.

 

wow..ask anybody who is serious about building muscle.. or ask anybody with some knowledge... you need proteins to build muscle. if your body does not have enough proteins or is not capable of acquiring them effectively from your diet, your body will tear apart other muscle and use the protein from them. not a very effecient or effective way to build muscle.

why use protein in a can: more effective and efficient use of the protein. plus you don't have added fats etc that come from meats
why use supplements: they are proven to help your body more efficiently utilize and acquire the protein to build muscle.

im a huge fan of whey protein, it made a huge difference when i lifted.
