Ok i got a volvo turbo the tdo4hl-13g turbo really cheap no shalf play at all im puting it on my b18b swaped civic my qustion is will this be good for like up to 7 psi and is the turbo any good at all period

that turbo is way way way too small for a B18. Sell it and get something bigger. that thing is tiny. you'll probably spool it at idle. and max it out by 5k RPM
