i was boosting 6 psi solid for 2 days and all of a sudden im driving and i heard a loud screech.. comes to find out my car wouldnt boost and when i took the turbo off to have a look the exhaust turbine fell oiff in my hand. it broke in 2... what would have caused this.. i had all oil and coolant lines functional

 

the blade became wobbly and contacted the housing. how old was the turbo?

 

it had 140000 on it
