the chip kits come with all you need to chip a p06 obd1 ecu, and I believe that is the same for all other obd1 usdm ecu's. The 28 pin socket, needed resistors, capacitors, jumper wire, that stuff, I forget all what is in it, ohh and a 4 pin datalogging header, the stuff you need to make your opbd1 ecu read eprom chips
