Default Flange for my turbo

I have a TBO324 Garrett. I am going to build a manifold and need to know what flange to use T3 or what The inlet flange dims are 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 OD with four bolt holes.. turbo came off a saab if this helps. I also have questions regarding a BOV and WG. I want LOUD and cheap. I know at the psi range i will be running this will be difficult but any advice on this would be great.

Thanks

Use a TBO324 flange.

Your questions regarding a BOV and WG suck, they've been answered a billion times. 1G DSM BOV and a diceroll SSauto gate fit the cheap bill.

I was kidding about the flange.

Don't saab's use T3's with a funky flange or something?
