Bye Bye CRX.....TESTING WATERS
Alright well i think i have gotten to the point where i think i am giving up on the crx...im located in iowa...its is a 88 crx si...the rear sway arms are converted to 90 here are the list of mods - motor was built less than 3000 miles ago..
D16Y8 Engine
obd1 conversion
y8 intake w/ b16 tb
jg valve springs and retainers - valveseals have less than 300 miles on them
obx cam gear
oil sandwhich
stealthmode oil restrictor
eagle rods
ycp turbo pistons
hastings rings
ssac turbo header reinforced
xs t3/t4 hybrid turbo - 300 miles on it...no shaft
jrc intercooler
turbonetics detalmark II wastegate

2.5in charge pipes
msd sci ignition
battery relocation
stage 2 clutch - will also include a brand new act 4 puck unsprung
fidanza 7lb flywheel
type s bov - also have a dsm one
450cc injectors of 390s
po6 ecu with vtec added in chipped for crome or uber which ever you would like
inovative wideband lc-1 brandnew just installed on friday..

i know i have more items done to it just cant think of it all right now..so i will keep this updated
if this does sell i have many extra crx parts that i will include with it..
This is not a perfect crx...it had some rust and is was fixed...but not finished...as in sanding it down and getting it all ready for paint..
The car is not meant to be a daily driver or at least thats what i was building it to...under the dash all the heating componets were removed...i have most of them that i can include with the car if the person likes...
The motor sounds like it may have a knock? im am not a 100% sure on this..may just be the exhaust and im just over reacting...
I have all the recipts to all the work that has been done
im looking for around $4500-5000 for it...im not sure how to price it...so dont get on me to hard if u think its steep

Youve got more than 5k invested man, I wouldnt give up
Pikc up some cheap wings west side skirts and doors caps and throw them on there to finish the sides (or throw the stock pieces on if you have them)
Finish the body work quick, just get it looking better will take you 2-3 days tops including paint (flat black still)
People will never pay a good bit for somethign that is incomplete with a problem, even if its worth it
If you dont feel like working on it anymore your best bet would be to part that motor and most ofyour interior out, you can make 2500-3000 easy if its clean and sell the crx shell (depeneding on ho wmuch you part it out) for a good price
