i have an ih turbo not sure what it is off of but it is oil cooled and water coooled my question is do i just cap off or plug the 2 coolant fittings or should i use both cooling methods. new to the whole turbo scene but any help is greatly appreciated!!!

yes u can cap it off or not use it

better for turbo if u do
less cooking of oil

now if i use the coolant lines will i tee in from the iac valve lines or use 2 tees from the coolant line to the head. which would be better or is there another teeing point i can use.
