Ok heres the deal, when I was putting my turbo together I got a sheet of make your own gasket, from the parts store, and the guy at the store said it will hold up to teh temp, but 2weeks later the gasket burned up and now I have big leaks from inbetween the turbo and manifold. and I have no power . so where can I get a gasket to hold up to the temp? I checked at the parts store and they all have the same thing. so I need some help. thanks

what turbo because u can goto the parts store and order the stock gaskets for like T-25.. T3's etc.. u dont have to make your own.

 

its a garret t-3, I didn't know you could order them from there. thanks

do they sell those for the Rhb5's as well? Mine are holding up great with no problems, but the next time I take this setup apart I'm going to use factory gaskets cause it was a pain cutting those things out.

 

Gaskets for the RHB5 at RRE? no.. definatly go to the dealer or a local auto parts store for that one.

how about a gasket, for a saab t3, I NEED A GASKET TO GO BETWEEN THE TURBO AND THE wastegate housing, SAAB DOES NOT CARRY ONE, do I need one anyway, I am using a internal wastegate.

 

I went to the parts store and got a gasket install kit for a turbo t-bird. it cost me 6 dollers, also the parts store sells rebuilt turbos for 350, not sure who makes them or what kind they are.
