I'm using this program called "ProxyWay", and I think I have it all setup correctly, but it's not changing my IP address. What am I doing wrong? Is there another program that is easier to use?

the thing you downloads im sure is a proxy program, its what you would use to setup a proxy on your computer... for lets say other people to use...

go to google type free proxy servers, find one

in IE its tools/internet options/connections/lan settings/proxy server

in firefox its tools/options/connection settings

It says it's used to keep your IP anonymous so I'm assuming it's the right one? I tried changing my settings like you said and it's still the same.
