I'm looking to sell my 1990 240sx XE coupe.

It has recently been repainted white. It has power windows, doors, mirrors, cruise control, fully function head up display, good condtion cloth interior. Carpet is good minus a tiny tear on the driver side floor. Dash has cracks, just like every other 240. black interior color.

Engine and chassis have 136k miles. Everything runs good. gets decent gas mileage.

Car comes with OEM 14" alloy wheels, oem spoiler, fairly new winter tires.

I recently replaced the transmission with a lower mileage unit, and replaced the throw out and pilot bearings while I was in there. Motor has a K&N filter and a no name exhaust on the back from the previous owner.

It has a few flaws but overall is a good looking car, just needs to be dropped and some wheels and whatever plans you may have for it.

Car has a rebuilt and restored title. I'm very particular about my cars and when I purchased it I had it on a lift and inspected the chassis. It is straight as an arrow and rides perfectly still. No abnormal tire wear. From what I can tell the accident was a front end one, but there isn't a single wrinkle in the frame or radiator support so it couldn't have been bad.

Car has the newer style front bumper, not the older pignose one.

yea real estate is cheap out here and the land is amazing... thats why all the californians are migrating. Ours is booming right now also but hasn't gone up all the way.

475k gets you 6 bedrooms, 1 bar room, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchen, 3 story, 4 car garage

 

Holy ----! That would probably get you around $1.5 million out here on a tiny lot not even big enough for that house. What area is that exactly?

Ya some friends of mine sold there house in Palmdale and bought a freakin mansion in Utah for the same cost. 3 bdrm house sold for 400k.




Ill stay in california. Nor Nor cal is still cheap but very under populated.

 

its anywhere in northern utah.

Thats also got 1/2 acre lot and the big mountain is the backyard... and its public land so nobody can ever build on the mountain, my house will always be the farthest one up

 

yea 240 is in pretty good shap. ive seen it at walmart. but rear wheel drive in utah makes fun times in snow
