Default anyone used west coast turbo?

this is my beef with west coast turbo and wondering if anyone else has had this problem

i ordered a t3/t4 turbo and civic piping on feb 28, knowing it would take 2-3 weeks for it to get here, which i was fine with....

well i got a tracking slip from them in my email on march 23 saying they shipped my piping, and it would be here on march 28, alright, so i waited, well yesterday came and no package, so then i thought to myself wait, why did they only ship my piping, where the ---- is my turbo?

so i call fedex today after reading the tracking number this morning and it not giving me ANY information, and they said i should call west coast and see if they shipped it out, and of course, no one answers and it goes to some voicemail thing saying their business hours, so i go ahead and leave them an email

so im wondering, where the hell is my turbo? all the receipt for the tracking order was, was for a 10.00 package for my turbo piping, has ANYONE else had this ---- happen to them? is there any way to just go ahead and cancel this ---- and buy locally? its not like i can call them and say i want to cancel it, so what should i do?
