Default boosted b16 low idle

Here's the deal decided to boost my car this week since there was messed up dsm parked outside my neighborhood for about 3 weeks.. scooped some parts and here this probs i'm running into..seems to run fine, plugs look ok and car pulls at all around but my idle is really low.. is bounches from 500 to 600.. 600 to 700.. and so forth.. keeps a somewhat steady idle its just really low, occassional normal idle..., here my setup.. stock b16a, stock fuel pump, DSM 450cc injectors, fuel rail, dsm bov, nissan T28, dsm piping... uhm, sportin a half a down pipe and no hood.. management on SAFC-II..

i've tried a number of setups on the SAFC but this one seems to be running the best.. i'm also just connected my O2 sensor and have it layin in my engine bay b/c of the lack of down pipe....any suggestions would help..
