Is this a bad rear trailing arm bushing??
When I corner hard to the the right I am getting a sort of a clunking type noise coming from the right rear wheel well. I checked the wheel bearing and its still tight so I know its not that, but might this be a trailing arm bushing. I have read a fair amount of threads about them and they all say that you will hear clunking going over bumps at low speeds but I havn't noticed that. I only hear it during a hard corner at high speeds.

Climb under there with a pry bar and check it out.You can normally move it around considerably if they are shot and quite often you can see it torn.Sounds like it could be they seem to wear out quicker than most Honda bushing,bearings etc.

Yeah I was under there earlier trying to move things around with just my hands and i couldnt get it to move, but it deffinatly looked like it was cracked a fair amount. I guess im not suprised I couldnt get it to move though seeing as how it only clunks in very hard corners (think like 80 on a pretty sharp on ramp to the interstate). I'll try a pry bar though.

I just noticed you have a 91 CRX.Just order some replacements they are either fucked,on there way or will be soon enough.You can get ES urethane ones,Honda OE or hit up Altrom that is where i always get mine from they are way cheaper then Honda.http://www.altrom.com/

Yeah I've heard not to get anything but mugen or honda and there is no way in hell i'm paying for mugen ones. Also I just went onto majestic honda and they woun't let you order just the bushing. WTF?

Hmm... .they have one thing listed on there as a trailing arm bushing. In comments its says "forward". Is that what I'm looking for. Damn i really wish they had a picture.
