My buddy has an older lude, ~92 S, the 135hp SOHC (I think) H series engine. What can he do besides a turbo for some decent bolt on power. H22 DOHC VTEC heads? I dunno.

 

that's an f22, not an h22 I'm pretty sure, a friend of mine has a 93 prelude s and he says it's a f22, I've never read the block though

 

The S models have the F22 and the SI models have the H23. you best bet is to get an H22 and stick it in there. forget that wimpy F22 motor...when i had a 3rd gen Prelude i used to beat 4th Gen with the F22 motors...they suck...but oh well...just my thoughts

nitrous, then swap to a h22 when it blows up
