I was just looking at www.aerocharger.com and their turbos look pretty sweet. No oil lines, all self-lubed, and ball bearings. Has anybody ever use one or know of any prices on these? Thanks in advance.

 

cokry bell hypes those things up alot in his book maximum boost.

i would love to see one on a honda, i dont think anyone has put one on.

 

there are a couple on ebay right now. they looked kinda small though...

 

Check out www.drturbo.com they have a Honda Civic kit that put down 210hp.

 

that DR.Turbo kit looks intriguing. too bad they dont have pricing anywhere on their site.

 

What the heck does that thing run off of? Exhaust...no. Belt...no. Electric...not likely. Where does it get it's power from? Am I totally missing something?

 

those turbos are just turbos... sweet thing is they don't need oil lines... they are totaly self contained... makes it so you can low mount the turbo w/ out figuring out an oil drain system/sump

bet they cost a good bit of $$$ though... i'll stick w/ my junkyard turbos thank you

On that Civic kit that you see they looped the factory exhaust back around and up into the turbo again. Kinda wierd if you ask me. I love those turbos though. And they are not really regular turbos. They are Variable Geometry turbos so they spool quick and provide good flow throughout.

I'd like to see the manifold on that one, I like the fact you can mount the turbos up and down.

I know they kick *** I tell ya!! I might try to get one of the ones on Ebay. Then I would mount it with the compressor inlet pointing straight out of my hood.
