Modified pacesetters mani for a 4g63 (yes I know they crack), 2 1/2" dp and a 14b turbo for mock up (would like to get somthing larger some day).
So far I only have about $200 into it.

I love that fact you modified another mani into that. Thats awesome.

 

You think that is bad, you should see the one's for the 1.9 Escorts. They only have a 38-40mm throttle body.

what happened to the stock dsm mani that you were using at chucks shop??

 

That was just to act as a jig to get the down pipe shape and bends right. This pacesetters header is for my weekend/drag Escort (plan to use 16g or simular), and I'm gonna use a DSM OEM cast manifold for my DD Escort.
