Smileytools/Mitec 160 amp with high freq start looks a little better IMO if you want cheap.

 

the harbor friehgt scratch start is horrible btw. my buddy just bought one, and he hates it.

 

I have to vouche for the HF start units being far superior. Lift start is gay.
