Default Another grade my welds post ;)

Here is a pic of a log manifold I did for a customer that was waiting 2 months, overall I think he should be happy with the outcome.
This manifold was fully backpurged
This just goes to show that good things come to those who wait....
Yes I do not make manifolds as fast as many people (each log takes me 6 hours to build) but as you can see alot of time and effort go into each into making sure they are perfect. Yes there are still the letters on the wg tube, I had acetoned it after the pic to clean that off
If this is how good my log manifolds come out, think of how good my $1000 top mounts come out, hopefully this will be a bit inspiring for those who are still waiting for their orders

Pretty hot. Incredible welds. Mind sharing some pics of your purge setup?

I do have a suggestion, more in regards to the turbo flange... I've used several of those T3 log flanges that you guys make and I've found that if I cut the hole for them as deep as the one you have there I can't fit very much of a turbo on it. Had issues with the compressor housing hitting on a 50trim T3/T04E. I actually had to cut the holes shallow and bridge the gap with the weld.

I'm going to be ordering some more flanges in the next week or so and was wondering if you could take a little nugget of advice and make them out of 1" instead of ~.685".
