I am making my own flange for my wierdass turbo...do I need to make the hole on the DP side the size of the hole thing (all 5 bolts surround the hole) or make it the circle where the turbine is and leave the metal plate over the rest? It's internally wastegated, will there be enough room for the wastegate gasses to go through the little moon cut in the wall between the wheel and the flapper?
