New d15 setup Whatcha think?
Ok well, i decided against boosting the d15b8 and im going to order a d15b VTi servion from hmotors, cant beat the price. Anyway heres what im thinking for a half budget boost. Any suggestions and comments will be great.
D15B OBD1 JDM w/chipped ecu
Holset HX30W (Gonna run about 5-7 PSI)
Paxton FCU
450cc injectors
1g Sidmount
OBX Manifold
1g BOV
Need to fnd a decent external wastegate because the holset is too beefy for my little engine heh. Suggestions? 35 or 38 mm
Also, what would you suggest on piping for the sidemount? i dont wanna use that rubber hose crap. Maybe PVC or might go to my local muffler shop and have them start bending.
Think ill need a fuel pump since im running low boost?
Should i invest in a VAFC?
What would you suggest for a boost controller for low boost?
Thanks again guys.

35 or 38mm either will work.
Just buy a intercooler pipe kit from Racing solutions on here there $40-45 and then go by a local hose shop and get some silicone
Fuel pump I would recommend for insurance as yours is a decade plus old
---- the VAFC get a chipped ecu and DSM 450's it is just that simple
Boost controller what ever there are a million out there Turbo XS seem to work good and are cheap.
