Default Pistons/Rods

Are d16a6 and d15 Rods and pistons exactly the same?

heh think about this one, 1.5 litre displacement and 1.6 litres of displacement. The pistons have to be a different shape, just slightly, but have to!

No? Displacement can be changed from the crankshaft. Both pistons are the exact same size.

Just like B16 and B18 pistons are the same size

actually of you wanna get technical about it...

the pistons between the CRX 1.5 and 1.6 are different, yet they will interchange.

HF pistons have only 2 valve reliefs and are domed like ZC pistons

DX pistons have 4 valve reliefs and are flat

Si pistons have 4 valve reliefs and are dished

ah you're right, I was thinking for some reason only about bore diameter and not the way the crank moves them. Linear thinker?

Also, DX and SI piston wrist pin location is slightly different.
