How are the end tanks welded onto the end of intercooler core, I was looking at mine and im unsure how it seals around the ends. Its hard to explain what I mean, but basically you have the intercooler core with the airways seperated by the cooling fins, at the very end how is it fabricated?

 

most rad cores, heater cores, condensor cores and ic cores like that are brazed in an oven. usually the endtanks are welded on afterward.
