ive searched and didnt find too much, so ide like to know what other people think about the fake hks and greddy bovs.
im running the fake greddy and it seems ok. had to remove one spring. bov is always constantly whilstling...sounds like someone snoring when coasting or light throttle. anyone else have the same prob? my friend had the real one onhis civic and it sounded great. supposedy they are made exactly the same?? i dunno
anyone else happy with theirs?

 

i got the fake greddy BOV.... performance wise is ooookae??.... and sound - it sounded good at first but last month it started soundin different yeah i had that problem with the whistling too.... modifiers magzine had an article bouts it like 2 months ago and they said the generic stuff performs diffently from the real thing.

 

yeah i agree..ill either go with dsm or just save for the real greddy

 

DSM is great.Sounds good and is dead reliable.

my xoxo racing dual trumpet rfl knockoff is honestly the best sounding bov ive ever heard.

it sounds like a plantation every time i blow off.

 

yeah i used to have a xoxo "stage III" BOV from ebay the thing was like 8" long, but it did sound pretty sweet for $40 ebay.

 

My greddy knock off sounds good after we fixed it. We removed the heavy spring and left the soft one in it.

 

my friend has one i think hes tryin to sell... i'll ask him today for ya if you want.
