just wondering what size tire is the best for a 16x7 rim ? i was thinking 205 40 16, any idea let me know.

 

sounds good to me thats the size my friend had.

 

205/40R16 is the mathimatical correct tire size for a civic/crx.

 

Care to give us a Mathematical layout of what would be the best size tires for each rim?

 

i run a 205 40R 17 on 17 inch rims for my crx

14" = 185/60r14
15" = 195/50r15
16" = 205/40r16
17" = leave HMT NOW. :P

 

why not go a bit wider and bigger? 215/50-16 more traction no?

I also put tokico springs and shocks. and here is my problem THE CAR IS AS HIGH AS IT WAS if not a little higher. retarded question but I still don’t know what and if anything is wrong.
