Im buying an intercooler off the net for my buddies car, its a 91 Laser RS

he wants a front mount but is to ----- to cut anything so he wants one that will fit without cutting

I told him it was probably 6" X 30" but I thought Id check

Whats the perfect size? ANyone have a link or a picture of anything?

ps- Im on no dsm boards, didnt know where to ask and couldnt fidn it when I searched

perfect size = sidemount... no cutting no nothing. just leave his ---- stock if he's such a baby to cut.

 

this is hmt. all we do is ------- hack things, even when they do fit.

 

 

take out your bumper and take some measurement.

 

run the pipes under the front bumper and put the ic in front of the bumper then post his adress

 

Every DSM fmic kit for 1g's I've ever seen, involves some sort of trimming, whether it be the front bumper, or enlarging a few holes next to the radiator. Sometimes modding a car does require some "modifying" of things, sometimes for fitment.

 

Little trimming of small things of some bumper trimmage wont hurt nothing, hell be cool with that

But hacking his entire front support like i did he wont do for sure

This is where common sense comes into play. You cut up yours so get a smaller one.
