gsr cam identification

got a gsr head from my friend, and im selling it to someone, when i got the head everything was apart, trying to figure out which cam is exahsut and which one is intake, anyone know?

the one with the distributor key is the intake also. i dunno about gsr cams but my LS cams also have "IN" and "EX" cast into the cores.
