Fields SFC and FPR?

Fields SFC and FPR?
I have a d16 in my crx with 450cc talon injectors. The fields SFC can only turn the fuel down 30%, but when people use an afc on their d series with 450s they ussually turn the fuel down more then that. Can i use a fpr to turn down the overall fuel pressure and then fine tune it with the sfc?
