MY 30th today!

Well its my 30th birthday today and i have to work a double. sucks ***. looks like ill be doing some on the job drinking.

chefs and line cooks drink all day. my restaurant has three bars on three levels. so i can work them all day long. but im just kidding maybe later tonight ill start . cant have the Executive Chef cocked for a saturday night, just doesnt work well. but noone said anything about smoking
